    I just did. What is between you and Mr Miyagi, it must be downrampers hour. Ill leave you to it. My suggestion to you BJ is if you don't want to sell out, then put them in your bottom draw for another couple of years think about something else in a positive fashion. Shouldn't do you any harm IMO !!!
