In my experience of having a holding become dual listed it doesn't do much to the stock price but it does give other investors in a different market exposure to the company. Could be a wild bit of fluctuations on the share price of the DR shares when first listed depending on the liquidity as I saw with my other holding. Such as the price was 10 times higher than it was on the ASX when converted. Eventually one market will follow the other markets lead in my case the Nasdaq seems to be following the ASX. Things could get interesting here. Watch this space
