4. if there is a problem then lilac is done, ford is embarrassed, hanwa, embarrassed a very big disaster. it would show due diligence was not done and this is unlikely for these big brands.

i followed my logic and topped up at 81 c. if we cant beat the big guys join em i say.

ford and hanwa havent signed any binding agreements - re due diligence. u are aware of this? a Mou isnt a valid document.
