CEO disagrees with direction company now taking likely with the relocation of head office to US, has an irreconcilable difference of opinion with BOD and is shown the door or sees himself to it with immediate effect. Then as a 'screw you' as a now embittered ex employee he takes his $12m and see you later. Probably part ego trip knowing it will do hard to the company he's just parted with on bad terms and thinking it may show him as a valuable asset.
No change to fundamentals, no sign that the company is in trouble, just a hysterical market response and speculation over one man's apparent tiff with BOD.
Chill. Those that panic sold half an hour ago will already be crying into their morning coffee which smart hands scoop up their shares .
