A lot of hopium being consumed in this thread. The reality is these folks have certain business units which are fundamentally sound and good businesses to run, unfortunately they saw the BNPL hype of 2020/2021 and thought that a rebrand was a fast track to improve their image and now they go crashing down along with the rest of the BNPL sector. GLTAH but it'll be a long long ride before anything meaningful happens.
