I stopped reading after the first bullet point... ZIP does have secularization in place, which is what sets them apart from local competitors (The irony of your tag line "do your own proper research").
I'm not really sure what your point is. Other than having a slightly positive effect on margins it's hardly worth calling out.
You sound like someone who likes the sound of their own voice but doesn't actually know what they are talking about.
