As Dr.T has said before Price Sensitive Ann’s have to be released when the mgmt receives them and not timed based on mgmt’s discretion either with today’s conference or tomorrow’s buyback. Otherwise mgmt would be in violation of ASX rules.
If patent filing was the holdup and the same was completed mgmt had to take the next logical step of releasing the news. To suggest that the mgmt “timed” the Ann is untrue.
IMO…
