VR1 has just been taken off one listing in the US because of the fall in value of the share price. Now they have come up with another US listing and the share has dropped another .002.
Ever since the CR last year the share price has been dropping dramatically all because of one particular individual, or to put it another way, the directors of this company's persistence in retaining this individual, the current manager of VR1.

' Bert ' as he is recognized as, has been banned from the US.
Who is not to say that his prescience, managing this company, could be a large part of the lack of enthusiasm from buyers in VR1 and that the directors should stop beating about the bush with possible remedies and get rid of the one obvious infection ' Bert ' who must be turning investors off.
