I absolutely agree. I'm worried about a takeover at a ridiculously low price and some back pocket payments to current management to aid this outcome. It's been done before with ASX biotechs. A LVAD company comes to mind as being "VERY suspicious".
Clearly, no sensible shareholder can support the current OCC management team based on their overall performance, namely lack of fulfilment of many promises and poor share price performance, over the past 4-5 years
