Yup, so a ship that arrived at anchor 14 days after Clipper pushed ahead of it. I'm guessing due to one of two reasons:
1. As @dfs1 said, perhaps not enough spod from PLS mine site to PH storage as yet?
2. Sometimes ships are assigned a higher priority than the one's waiting around in queue.
Looking like you're onto a winner with that new site @nightflyer.
As days go by, looking less likely that Clipper will have any spod over the rail at quarters end. Glimmer of hope.
