    hey Rocketman35, maybe you should adjust your clock and calendar: it is 18-Jan-2010, not 18-Sept-2008...

    Conditions have changed a little bit ever since and probably NOD will need to do some adjustment to their balance sheet (not sure if a CR will be necessary) and review covenants. Not major concerns so far, but it would be convinient to keep an eye on evolution.
