To avoid the risk of being moderated again for unsubstantiated commentary, imo management do not fret over the share price like we do. It is probably easier for them when they can see the progress being made on a daily basis and dealing with interested buyers. They see the value down the road. Like anyone building a business, you don't get to sell it for maximum value day dot. In my opinion, none of them would be even contemplating selling into this market, so it doesn't really matter. They cannot control the market but they can control who gets the 3rd offtake, financing and delivering the project on time.

LTR have a strong track record of delivering on time, so expect 3rd offtake and FID very shortly. I don't beieve any of this will affect in any meaningful way the timing of commencement works at KV next month, or the production start date, July 1 2024 according to latest presentation by TO.

I believe LTR has been conservative with the start date for a reason. They have seen the problems first movers have had and have built in some leeway imo. Would not surprise me if we surprise the market and beat the production scheldule. I'm sure the team will be going full steam ahead.

It is clear to me we are being shorted, helped by the market and EOFY. None of this reflects the underlying value of where we will be once we are in production imo.

My sister is in now. I told her it may go lower but forget about them for 2 years.
