POSCO rang and said we urgently need some Spod for testing, please help us out we will give you $7000 per tonne.
I am sure the whingers here would be whinging even more if management said no wait for the auction, thus pissing off our non-Chinese customer/partner.
Take a chill pill and let management do what they are paid to do, run the company.
