Hongjian38 Just out of interest and I mean no malice in my question but what have u done to back up your thoughts about the impending property implosion ?
The reason I ask is back in 2000-2002 many here on hc were also expecting doom and gloom and some sold their properties where as I stated i thought it would be more consolidation and not crash . Ok this time I see things are now at a more dangerous level and have actually taken action .
Trouble with stinken property is it is so expensive to get in and out of when the average is over 400k .
Back when i used to dabble in 100k properties it was significant in the calculations but it wasn't a killer like it is at present .
cheers
