You really are not comparing the same things. AR9 has proprietary software - Kojensi and they are licensing that together with support etc. TNT is much more services and consulting, although they do sell third party products. The amount of contracts they have with the Federal Government would be multiples of the AR9 one, but they tend to be in smaller amounts and TNT don’t bother announcing each one, but you just find out the aggregate dollar value at reporting periods.

I rekon they should take over ar9 and vor and be the only real player in the market....theyre small enough to be swallowed whole
