Big demand for gas continues in Melbourne even though tonight (more correctly, dawn tomorrow, Friday 23 June), is a relatively mild for winter 11 degrees. Looking regularly at AEMO's site, elevated demand also seems to have occurred in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, though as many SH will know, Victoria accounts for 65 per cent or so of natural gas usage.
I haven't the spare cash to place in COE, but it has a brighter future than Marxist Daniel Andrews in Victoria (who hates natural gas and coal, despite the vital role both play) will ever suggest.
