received my phone call too.....from some rick dude...i really dont like them spending our money finding out on how i am going to vote....shouldnt they be drilling holes.......lol......i said ill vote no and umc are a board of crooks....and i hope the deal falls through and they dont get there options paid out.....i also said ill be at the meeting to vote no.....just wish asic will take action eventually...how can you change an outlook on your company within a time span of 1 month....i would like to see face to face the people that are ripping me off so that i remember not to ever deal with them or any associates of them....more to the story but i wont be happy if i find i have been cheated by some corporate crooks
