The 2007 GFC says 'hi'. Especially in the US...that I agree!
And to now: these are low interest times, if people go under, it's their fault, the fault of their mortgage broker, the fault of their accountants and the fault of their bank. However, at the end of the day y'all, it's your fault for borrowing outside of your future capacity and if you didn't think times like these were going to happen...it's your fault!
