Yes, and further more, it may have been agreed to lock in a discount on services provided. I have no problem with this form of payment of minor share issues to service providers, I would rather Matt keeps the powder keg dry ready for new business opportunities.
On another note, FVRR and UPWK both up 8% overnight......probably won't affect FLN though!!!
