They received the performance payment just after their last quarterly activities report (27/10/2009) so at that stage they were sitting on $145 mil AUD and $115 mil USD. Macquarie Equities believe they will be paying out another 30c div this quarter. They still have bundles of cash to make acquisitions like they have been doing with the listed gold explorers. They have a nice investment in SAR:AU which looks like being a very good up and coming gold producer. Also with Straits Asia having a 12 month target price of $3.50 SGD on it from most brokers this would add another $260 mil AUD value to SRL.
