Seems to me that this latest share placement was a perfect opportunity for Drona to show his faith in AVX and take up some shares.
He willingly took his 'consultancy fee' (!!??!!) for his part in the failed PGL merger and his regular directors fees but continues to turn his back on AVX share ownership.

I see the risk with AVX growing and the reward diminishing as time ticks on which is only reinforced by Drona's inaction re share ownership.
