@nickster, the money raised in the recent CR was never about preventing another raise. WMC's money management for Stage (1) capex put them in a precarious situation similar to Wiley.E.Coyote...
There's usually at least (2) CR's per calendar year & I suspect recurring CR's will continue to be an important (and necessary) survival feature of WMC operations in the years ahead (i.e. 2023 - ????)
