The unemployment figure being provided cannot be compared to past figures. The definition of employed was changed by the Coalition from people actually employed to including those that work 1 hour a week. The only comparable figure is underemployment (those that are not working at all or want more hours. That is still high and COULD lead to recession. Why the definition change - spin.
