low doc loans are alive and well....all the big 4 offer them now...whereas in the past it was only the 2nd tier banks.... lots of wrong information coming into this forum....
I know which posters are informed and up to date, and which ones have no idea....it is really easy to pick, from an experienced person point of view.... a shame the young ones looking for accurate information...get so much wrong advice....
another poster on another forum....thinks that when a property investor goes looking for a loan....they have to put up similar projections to a business owner....what a joke he is...as if.... just shot himself in the foot....
