This was the behaviour of the Chairman from the outset, but he didn't let us down with just a flash in the pan, this was to set the tone of his tenure, with statements about taking up his rights in the subsequent SPP and then trying to pull the wool over shareholders eyes with assuring shareholders of the intentions of the whole board to take up their full entitlement when only two board members had any right to an entitlement.
The then Chairman didn't stop here, the company then sold the company to Macro Metals, and shareholders have been diluted to the max.
