I always assumed that they would have a few announcements lined up post-demerger to reassure the market (you know, as part of a comprehensive strategy).
I can only presume management have decided on a scorched earth policy to shake lose anyone who isn't committed for the long-term.
Because at this point, the lack of any substantive news on the gold side for over two months is bordering on negligence.
