Shorting announced!...RISK....fair? or unfair?
these are the parts of the article that strike me as interesting.

Fair means what? legal? justified?just possible?for whom to profit?
Unfair means...using knowledge and the system to gain unfair advantage over others?

Should that be possible and even pre-empted?
Should that be investigated?
Should the system/act allow it?

Creditors cant be impressed...and shareholders are vulnerable...if the regulators of the system do not address this.imlo

I hope that they might be looking at the trading threats out there.
