I get what you're saying, but it's not apples to apples. I would liken it to buying a great house in a mediocre neighbourhood, versus buying a mediocre house in a great suburb. The climate in Tassie isn't conductive for high THC grows, so if someone wants to grow that down there they are going to have a built an indoor facility which as you've seen with CAN costs millions.
I'm pretty sure the Murray Meds property is substantially larger as well, isn't it 170 acres?
