Yeah would love to see Murray Meds facility now too, we needed to wait for the location to be sold to get the best photos we have ever seen of the Tasmanian facility.

Lets hope its not the same with Murray Meds.

I think the location is better with Murray Meds, but the facilities are better down in the Tas, too you cant ship the shed.

Point basically being its a good site they are selling, good facility, good climate, and all the groundwork done, so they should be able to get a good price for it, and really all we have to go buy is the valuation based on deals in the past, which the buyer is getting very similar assets to what we got in the Murray Meds deal, would probably be looking at lower value now due to the market we are in though.

I dont think takeover is on the cards at all. And now with this site on the market, anyone wanting an outdoor cultivation site, ready to go, dont need to takeover ECS company, could just buy the site and facility for $5 mill or whatever its going to go for. Staff it, wouldnt cost too much, a lot cheaper than ECS current market cap of $18 mill.

Great opportunity for whoever grabs it, buying a firesale asset, in a bearish market, with a close to mirror image operation already cashflow positive.
