Sold consumer division for all cash to Credit Corp. Gave shareholders a special dividend with the rest of funds used for commercial finance business. This is similar to what investors have been wanting on the HUM threads. My thesis is a new deal that is similar to this will be done. I would speculate that the Somers circle would have to dig into the books to get a feel for deal is viable. I did notice today that the share was capped at 48c with an iceberg sell orders and it does feel like accumulation. Id like to think the share price will get back to 80c which is around where the Somers circle started accumulating at. All this is pure speculation mind you.
