I believe its called tall poppy syndrome, people hate competance. The "experienced" posters as you call them held from 37 down to 11, the same evidence they provided to support a bottom of 12c they also provided as evidence to support 14.5, 17.5, 18, 19.5, 21 and many other price points as a bottom.
You listen to other amateur punters because their point of view supports your own, google confirmation bias.
I provided the charts if you dont understand them maybe you should do some research.
