Why would he accept less? I don't understand this logic and suggest it's a narrative being promulgated by those that want a piece of Humm.
There is more value in simply reducing capex/marketing on consumer and extracting value from 2.5m existing customers.
Moreover, the commercial business is growing at around 100%!!
The only certainty is that offers will come. LFS are not done and Saville is sniffing around. It's entirely possible that this competitive tension could create a different landscape over the next few months.
