I waited to see if anyone else picked it up...the "facility" and the options deal is a bit like a convertible note. Macq, can forgive approx $16M of the overall debt and get 50 odd million shares (im including existing options) in return by way of cashless option conversion....like all of us, they're setting themselves up for a big pay day. If they do that, they will sit at #4.
On another note, this should be sitting at a lot more than 500M MC. Reminds me a bit of the AWE SP stagnation as they kept on kicking goals. Hopefully same does not happen here and the re-rate happens soon.
