Hello to anyone out there who is interested in AEM;

I have good,  or at least OK news, on what happened to the AEM Cobham contracts after Cobham was sold….
That is it seems  AEM is still working “closely” with the buyer - on some things at least - as per the images below.

To recap information already shared here;
Cobham - a portion  of which  the reason AEM was founded (and which still provided 46% of AEM revenue as of the SMN 2021 annual report) - was sold in July 2019 to US ‘corporate raider’ Advent.
The deal settled in early 2021 and Cobham started to be broken up and sold almost immediately.

It appears that, as theorised earlier in this thread,  that small portion of Cobham serviced out of Kelowna by AEM  was  collected and parcelled with other units under the name Cobham AeroConnectivity.
It was bought by publicly traded US aerospace giant-  TransDigm   in January 2021 for US$965m.
