Sorry, my point was perhaps not clear enough.
Imo “a recession” will not have a very significant impact on auto sales of any type (as per GFC example), so in turn this means, imo, that the subsequent impact on broader EV sales growth would be rather immaterial.
I’ve posted charts a while back of the global vehicle sales through the GFC to make this exact point, hence my “request” to post a chart of same.
They will keep selling cars of all types, and their planned revenue won’t be impacted too heavily should “a recession” materialise, imo.
A relatively short and minor dip, perhaps, but nothing crazy imo.

..and it never ceases to amaze me how these companies come up with billions upon billions of $$ when they brag about their EV development plans... I’m sure many of them have some very “interesting” financial connections...
