With the general stance against fossil fuels and gas shipping LNG to the east coast still sounds like the easiest, quickest and most viable solution that i can see.
The time where the west-east gas pipieline was to be useful is here so the opportunity has passed,IMO.
Anyone know what happened to this deal?
Woodside strikes deal that could see it supply LNG to Australia's east coast
Makes a lot of sense as when the demand stops or drops off there'll be no useless pipeline left behind when the Green movement eventually find a better renewables network to cover baseload needs.
