    I watched an interview where they reckon Europe is getting Russian oil that's getting transferred on the high seas to non-Russian tankers so not seen as Russian oil. Also major oil companies are blending Russian diesel 49:51% Nigerian diesel, and sending it to Europe. Again, to be not seen as "Russian" product.

    Sanctions are getting worked around.
