I have no doubt recon are economical with the truth but if you care to look at various oil companies you will find examples where they all are. FAR with their binding finance that had exit clauses, Woodside with their exploitation of loopholes, and even our own PCL with the former MD selling shares with in days of official release of a duster to market.
You need to be part cynic and wonder what they are not telling you with each release of info. Its a bit sad really.
