There are couple of pathways in relation to the 17% in Innovaero.
1) if you look at the recent balance sheet of the company, the net asset of the company is in negative which means most likely the creditor will be the first in line to reclaim those assets.
2) if this company ever ended up in VA, a legal firm or VA advisor will take over the operation of the company for a certain period of time. They will firesale everything to get their fees paid and leave the shareholders in oblivion for years.
3) Consol/Innovaero stepped in and bought the remaining share of this company. This might be the best solution for shareholders.
