Actually ....arent we talking about investment property?
As first home buyers and PPOR buy not for cap gains but a place to live and to stop paying off my mortgage for me.
So investors, 300k mortgage at say 7% to allow for another 4 increases this year.....
about $1750 month
rent out say 400 week
costs the investor $40 week...plus say 4k incidentals etc
$100 week costs or there abouts, nottoo bad.
On the 420k property so long as it goes up .011% p.a hes in front.
