Base valuation $1.20
10% increase in gold adds 45cps
Assume $500m debt by end of 2023
I assume CR of $600m to obtain build funds based on $1.1m est in 2023/4
USD/AUD set at 75c current 69c. another 10% potential gain.
PoG set at $1440USD. UBS note if current spot price inserted of $1820 then price est goes up 111% to $2.53
Summary. Lots of upside for the patient few.
