I cannot see how a capital raise would get away. Take away the profit contribution of Rigid so the core remaining business losses are way higher than $2.9m - and the business continues to slide because they appear to have no expertise in Flexibles manufacturing as they state in their announcement. How could a turnaround even be possible? They have lost all knowledge out of the acquired flexibles business or so it appears. They will go down blaming COVID and supply chain issue where packaging peers such as AMCOR and ORORA are up year to date with the same head winds. A tragedy of extremely poor management.
