The June quarter is very unlikely to be a good one, which todays fluffy announcement would seem to indicate. If it was going to be a decent quarter,
they would have put out an update on how the Company was trading to stop the collapse in the share price. The $5M loan is likely to have provisions on the Share price not dropping below certain levels to protect the lender. This may be the reason why the .02 cent level appears to be defended so vigorously. If they do a Capital raise,they would have to do a rollback of shares first, eg 5 for 1 or more likely 10 for 1 first as at the current prices you would be issuing ridiculous no of shares to raise anything meaningful.
Not a good prospect for shareholders. The management have done very well the last few years by contrast.
