What's the point of billions of capex when the markets don't give a $hit. I'd suggest the company cut back on capex and divert the funds to share buybacks, that imo will create more value for shareholders ie buying back deflated stock over spending money on inflated capex costs that end up tanking the sp even more when the capex deliver disappointing results.
