If 13% of a a group are willing to sacrifice their livelihood to not get the covid vaccine, then the unvaccinated numbers are closer to my personal observation of 20% unvaccinated.
It would be handy for the government to make "mistakes" and declare a much different number. The herd mentally kicks in and the statistic for the covid vaccine look better.
