It's not complaining. OK?
I don't "need help".
I'm perfectly fine
It's not my problem dude if you (as an investor) continually get ripped off as a shareholder by the big end of town as they take advantage of Rule 7.1
Sure -It's very easy to shoot the messenger - so go ahead shoot me down again.
It's way more difficult to accept there is a problem and execute a strategy in yr own investing to counter it and do something about it.
But why don't you actually take note of what I say (for once) and listen up and learn
I don't need your sympathy
I am fine thanks.
But open your eyes mate ...because it;s rife... right across the ASX. Particularly in small caps and biotechs.
It's not just me who thinks this dude. Many have pointed out the unfairness of the CR rules on the ASX.
It also occurs in some of our biggest (so called well respected) large caps
What is going on is a massive heist of shareholders funds.. OK?
Various financial journalist... OK.. well respected ones.. have also said this
I like this companies story OK? Get that out of your skull
I have simply used it as an example of how shareholders get diluted out of their capital risk.
The evidence on what I have said is in the long term performance of the share price mate..
As others in this thread have said - it;s been a (less) that 1X bagger.. over more than 10 years...
There is a reason for that...
And the people that allow the dilution of risk to happen (outside shareholders control) are the BOD's OK mate?.. they are not the individual shareholders..
I like the company's story mate.. I have always said that.. what I don't like about it, is how they have treated shareholders capital risk in the way they have raised capital. I never said they shouldn't raise capital.
Please understand there is a fundamental difference between these two statements
I have also said I would not invest in it again until I have seen proof they don't raise in the exact same way again
That proof has yet to materialise,
Now open your eyes for once dude.
Maybe you just might learn something along the way to being a better investor
Cheers
