We will have to wait until 4 August for the announcement of ACCC’s findings on Qantas’ proposed acquisition of Alliance Airlines
ACCC's competition concerns with Dye & Durham's acquisition of LNK and AZJ's acquisition of One Rail does not augur well.
Share price is now 22% below $4.75 offer price. Market sentiment is telling us ACCC clearance will not be forthcoming.
I would not be surprised if share price heads lower to when the announcement was made.
