Ann: Resignation of Non Executive Directors, page-22

I would be worried if Brett Fraser or Brad Gordon resigned, not these 2 non operational types.

As both resigned together, it's probably more to do with remuneration or similar.

It was noticeable both did not attend the GM when all other Directors attended both the GM & AGM. Alistair did make excuses, I think one was overseas & the other had other commitments?
