Seriously, what coolade are you drinking CEO! Given Eric's representation in the rights issue prospectus and the possibility that some of the current decline is likely a result of Eric's decision not to participate, then unless Eric's situation changed significantly between the close of the rights issue and now (e.g. he won the lottery), he would be extremely silly/asking for a lawsuit if he was buying on market at the moment. It would be completely unconscionable. It would also be the last straw for me.

The fact this is even being discussed on here is Eric's fault, we're living in a total information vacuum. I even looked up the ASX quarterly report deadline today (29 July) so that I at least have some comfort that we'll know something (good or bad) by then. I'm still hoping Eric's just quiet because he's working on something big. How long does it really take to negotiate and sign a contract for a CTU!?! And if Origin are blocking or otherwise occupied, then I'd like to hope we're not sitting around twiddling our thumbs because there's plenty more that could be done!
