I know anecdotal, but on the whole, do you think the overall supply response is likely to stem the production declines on a global level?
South American countries like Ecuador and Colombia seem to be in trouble keeping up production too. Russia definitely struggling.
China seems to be the only one increasing production offshore year on year on year.
